Western PA Youth Ballet Presents 'Childhood Rhymes'

Little ballerinas from Oakmont's own Western PA Youth Ballet will be performing a special show this weekend.

This show "Childhood Rhymes" will be held on Saturday, June 29, at Tenth Street Elementary. There will be performances at 2 and 5 p.m.

The cost is $7. Tickets will be available at the Oakmont Carnegie Library Wednesday from 4:30 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They also will be sold at the door.

In addition to the students from the school, guest artists Dylan Duke of Ballet San Antonio and Gillian Conner of the Alabama Ballet will be performing. The show will last about 40 minutes, with light refreshments served afterwards.
Dancers also will be available for photographs with audience members following the performance.
