Here's a roundup of items discussed last week at the Riverview School Board's November voting meeting: AFS Student Riverview High School is hosting a student from abroad. Isabella Gudmundsdottir has been accepted as a student via the AFS Intercultural Programs. She has been studying at the school since Nov. 13, and Superintendent Peggy DiNinno said current students have been welcoming Isabella. She also participated in a field trip to see the band's flash mob performance downtown. Personnel Language Arts Facilitator Lori Ruggiero has been named the full language arts coordinator at Verner Elementary.
