Crews will begin the work Wednesday.
Drainage improvements on Leechburg Road are set to begin on Wednesday, March 20 in Penn Hills Township, according to PennDOT. Crews will be working between Route 380 (Saltsburg Road) and Milltown Road. Lanes will be closed as needed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through Wednesday, April 10, PennDOT said. Allison Park Contractors, Inc. of Allison Park is doing the work. Drainage improvement work is scheduled to occur on Route 286 in Plum/Monroeville through Friday, Feb. 15, between the Westmoreland County line and Route 22.
