An Oakmont girl turns 8 today, and for her birthday, she wants to help the people of Rwanda.
Kylie Longstreth of Oakmont turns 8 today, May 6, but instead of asking for gifts for herself, she's asking the community to donate to her fundraising campaign for the people of Rwanda.
