The homecoming game will be on Friday and the dance will be on Saturday!
Homecoming in Plum kicks off on Friday night with the Mustangs' home football game against Peters Township. The game begins at 7 p.m. The homecoming precession and crowning of the homecoming queen will occur during halftime. Here's a look at who is up for king/queen, and how you can celebrate.
It's homecoming weekend in the Twin Boros! Riverview High School kicks off homecoming with a parade on Friday, Oct. 5. The parade will step off in Verona near the Verona Borough Building at 5:15 p.m. It will proceed on to Allegheny River Boulvard, through Oakmont and arrive at Riverside Park by 6:15. Motorists should be aware that there will be road closures and traffic delays due to the parade. The homecoming football game against Shenango begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The queen and king will be crowned during the halftime show. The homecoming dance will take place on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 7 to 10 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
