Plum Police Reports: DUI & Burglary

Here are the Plum police reports for Oct. 30 to Nov. 6.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs. DUI Michael James Nase, 24, of Plum was charged with speeding, careless driving, registration and certificate of title required and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substamce after an Oct. 31 incident on Chapparal Drive. Burglary Two burglaries were reported at homes under construction in the Highlands Plan. The door of a home on Glengarry Court was broken and a kerosene heater was stolen on Oct. 29. Plum Police Reports: Burglary, DUI & More

Here are the Plum police reports for Oct. 23 to Oct. 29.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs. DUI Joseph Thomas Garbark, 24, of Plum was charged with use of multiple beam lighting, windshield obstruction and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after an Oct. 13 incident on Leechburg Road. Genene Elise Hack, 24, of Lower Burrell was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, driving outside of lane and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after an Oct. 19 incident on Logans Ferry Road. The following incidents have been reported to the Plum Police Department. Information has been obtained from police reports and call logs. DUI Joseph Girard Dincau, 41, of New Kensington was charged with accidents involving personal injury, driving with a suspended license, required financial responsibility, following too closely, careless driving, reckless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a three-vehicle accident on Coxcomb Hill Road on Sept. 3. Attempted Theft About $100 worth of damage was reported to the control panel and coin safe at Car Wash Country on Route 286. Plum Restaurant Waitress Accused of Overcharging Customers

Plum police are investigating an incident at Uncle Buckles in Plum. Here are the Plum police reports for May 15 to May 21.

A waitress at Uncle Buckles Bar and Grill in Plum is accused of overcharging customers who used credit cards to pocket more tip money. According to a police report filed with the Plum Police Department, a manager at the restaurant said the waitress—she has not been charged yet—charged up customers' credit cards 157 times between March 16 and May 12. The server is accused of adding $1 or a little bit more to the tip portion of the bill, and pocketing an extra $175 in that time frame. Uncle Buckles is in the process of reimbursing customers who were overcharged. The following incidents also were reported to Plum police. Three Arrested in Oakmont for Breaking into Cars

Oakmont police have some advice for residents: Lock your cars!

Three men were arrested in Oakmont on Wednesday after police caught them stealing from vehicles throughout the borough. According to Oakmont Police Chief David DiSanti, a resident of the 800-block of Fourth Street called police at around 5:40 a.m. on Wednesday to report someone stealing from cars. The resident said the man was wearing dark clothes, carrying a Target bag and trying door handles of vehicles on the street. Police found the man on the 300-block of Porte Street a short time later. DiSanti said he was intoxicated and his "pockets were bulging." Police found iPods and marijuana on him. A short time later, a resident on the 600-block of Fourth Street reported seeing man with a bloody, bruised hand stealing from his neighbor's car…

Verona Man Accused of Stealing from Cars in Oakmont

Here are the Oakmont police reports for May 2 to May 8.

Oakmont police have arrested a Verona man in connection with thefts from motor vehicles. Mark Anthony Cahill, 48, will be charged with theft from a motor vehicle, loitering and prowling at night, and theft. On Thursday, May 10, police responded to Fifth Street after a resident saw Cahill going through a vehicle, according to police Chief David DiSanti. When police arrested Cahill, he had items that had been stolen from vehicles in his posession. Police still have some unclaimed property that was found on Cahill. If any resident suspects their car has been broken into, they're asked to call police at 412-828-3131. The following incidents also were reported to Oakmont police. Woman Charged With DUI After Driving Into Swampy Area in Plum

Here are the Plum police reports for May 1 to May 7.

A Penn Hills woman is accused of driving under the influence after driving into a swampy area along Lee Ann Court in Plum. Plum police have charged Angela Marie Signori, 31, with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, careless driving and trespass by motor vehicle. According to the police report, a Lee Ann Drive resident reported that a motorist had driven into a swampy area behind their home on April 21. When police arrived, Signori's vehicle was stuck about 100 yards from the road, and witnesses said she was passed out behind the wheel. The following also were reported to the Plum Police Department. Three Charged in Plum Burglary

Here are the Plum police reports for April 24 to April 30.

Three people are accused of burglarizing a home in Plum Borough over the weekend. Plum police have charged Charles Louis Watrous, 27, of Wilmerding, with criminal trespass, burglary, conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, theft, receiving stolen property, prohibited acts and criminal mischief; Bryan Anthony Golebiewski, 22, of Plum, with criminal trespass, burglary, receiving stolen property and theft; and Mary Rose Zizan, 19, of Plum, with criminal trespass, burglary, conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. Plum Police Reports: Delivery Man Attacked, Counterfeit Bill & More

Here are the reports for April 10 to April 16.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs. Delivery Driver Attacked A delivery driver from Sears reportedly was attacked by another motorist on April 14. The delivery driver said he was making a delivery to a residence on Boulder Drive when he encountered another motorist and didn't have enough room to pass. According to the police report, the other driver, William Cardinale Jr., 31, of Plum, began yelling at the delivery driver and then assaulted him. Police said Cardinale would be charged with harassment and criminal mischief. Oakmont Police Reports: Sept. 24 to Oct. 1

Incidents reported to Oakmont police.

The following incidents were reported to the Oakmont Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs. Robbery A Verona resident reported to was robbed at the First Niagara Bank on Allegheny Avenue. The incident occurred at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 2. Oakmont police Chief David DiSanti said said surveillance tapes showed two men wearing hoods, and police are continuing to thoroughly investigate the matter. DiSanti said he believes the matter is an isolated incident. Accident DiSanti said a tractor trailer struck a support beam on the Hulton Bridge around 4 p.m. on Oct. 6.
