The North American Aerospace Defense Command has a website that now offers a Santa tracker mobile app to follow the jolly man's magical flight.

Now the only thing left for children to do is track Santa's progress as he delivers gifts around the world on Christmas Eve. Thanks to the folks behind the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) website, families worldwide can now follow Santa's Christmas journey in real time. There are a lot of fun, holiday-themed activities and celebrations in store during Sugar Plum Days in Plum Borough. The week-long event, sponsored by Mayor Rich Hrivnak and the Plum Rotary, begins Saturday, Dec. 8. Your good little boys and girls will receive a letter postmarked from the North Pole.
Dutiful little boys and girls writing a wish list to Santa this holiday season can get a unique response from the big guy himself, postmarked from the North Pole. All it takes is a little help from the post office—and you. The US Postal Service is once again keeping the magic of Santa Claus alive through its “Letter from Santa” program. Now in its 100th year, here's how the program works: NORTH POLE POSTMARK POSTMASTER 4141 POSTMARK DR ANCHORAGE AK 99530-9998 Letters from Santa must be mailed to the Anchorage, AK, postmaster no later than Dec. 10, 2012. The holidays aren't complete without a visit with Santa and a ride on the holiday trains.
With Thanksgiving behind us, the Christmas season has officially begun—it's time to visit Santa Claus and ride the holiday train at local malls. Santa Claus will be at JCPenney Court at the Monroeville Mall through Christmas Eve. He will be available for photos from Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (breaks from 1 to 2 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m.); Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. (break from 3 to 3:30 p.m.); and Christmas Eve from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (break from 1 to 2 p.m.). St. John the Baptist School in Plum will be holding a Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 3, in the school cafeteria. Santa will be meeting with children from from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Breakfast includes pancakes and sausage. The cost is $5 for adults and $4 for children. Meet Santa and enjoy holiday story-telling. Crafts will be available for a small additional charge. Reservations are requested but not required.
