Oakmont VFD Quickly Extinguishes Early-Morning Fire
The fire was reported on Woodland Avenue at around 1 a.m. Thursday.
Oakmont Volunteer Fire Department extinguished a fire on Woodland Avenue early Thursday morning. Emergency officials were called to the home at around 1 a.m. According to fire Captain David Carroll, the fire was contained in the residence's kitchen and extinguished quickly. No one was hurt.
