Pittsburgh Dad is going to the Monroeville Mall! "Pittsburgh Dad" is a YouTube series of short films featuring the observations of a yinzer dad. It was created by Chris Preksta and stars Curt Wootton. The 'burgh's favorite dad has taken on Kennywood, Black Friday and the Steelers. On Saturday, Dec. 15, at 11 a.m., he'll be at the Monroeville Mall for a meet and greet. Posters and DVDs will be on sale, and they can be autographed. Consider the gauntlet thrown. The Yinzer gauntlet, that is. Yes, I, too, have been bitten by the Yinztagram bug. The app suggests you "add some Pittsburgh to your pictures" by adding images such as Rick Sebak's head shot or Primanti Brothers sandwiches onto existing photos (to name a few).
