Alicia Heymers, 28, was arrested Wednesday.
A woman on the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office's Top 20 Most Wanted Criminals list was arrested in Plum Borough Wednesday. According to WTAE, Alicia Heymers, 28, was arrested at a home on Deborah Jane Drive for violating the conditions of a robbery conviction in 2008. Also arrested was William Wise, 36, of New Kensington, who was wanted in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties for assault and theft.
