Oakmont Man Waives Hearing on Child Porn Charges
An Oakmont resident faces several charges in Common Pleas Court.
An Oakmont man is accused of sharing child pornography videos on the Internet. Mark Cory Loney, 30, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing before Plum District Justice Linda Zucco on charges of disseminating photo/film of child sex acts, child pornography, selling obscene/sexual materials and criminal use of communication facility. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges Dec. 11. He is accused of sharing child pornography videos over the Internet from October through Nov. 26. A search warrant was issued for his Riverside Road residence, and police found 150 pornographic videos involving children on his computer.
