Riverview School Board Hires New Superintendent
Margaret DiNinno will replace Chuck Erdeljac in the summer.
Riverview School District will have a new superintendent this summer. On Monday, the school board unanimously voted to hire Margaret "Peggy" DiNinno as district superintendent. Her four-year contract begins July 1. DiNinno currently is the superintendent at Apollo-Ridge School District. She will be replacing longtime Riverview Superintendent Chuck Erdeljac, who will be retiring at the end of the school year. The board received about 25 applications for the superintendent position. DiNinno started her education career as a reading specialist at the Ligonier Valley School District for two years.
