The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for the Plum-Oakmont area, which is in effect from 10 p.m. Monday to 11 a.m. Wednesday. A hazardous weather outlook for the Plum-Oakmont area also has been issued. Arctic air with wind chills of 10 to 20 degrees below zero are likely Monday night/Tuesday morning and Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Cold temperatures could result in frost bite and hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must go outdoors, dress appropriately.
